There are 5 different packages on offer (ranging from 0 self-usage to 20 weeks self-usage in the winter period), with each of the packages resulting in a different guaranteed return to the owner. This rental guarantee will run until 31/12/2027, after which the properties go into a permillage-spit rental concept.
